Park Rules and Regulations


Speed limit in the park – 10 mph

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BATH HOUSE/LAUNDROMAT AT ANY TIME! If you smoke, then do so at least 25 feet from the bath house. Place your cigarettes and other items in the proper containers, not on the ground.

Pets are welcome. However, the owners are responsible for their conduct and clean up. Pets must be leashed and under physical control of the owner/handler at all times. Pet pens, cages, kennels etc. are not allowed. Please do not leave your pet outside unattended and be sure to pick up the poop, as it is not up to other guests or the grounds crew to clean up after your pet. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BATH HOUSE AT ANY TIME. Service dogs are exempt.

The bath house/laundromat is open 24 hours and will remain that way unless vandalism occurs, it’s abused, or the management deems it necessary to close it at night. Do not leave laundry unattended. Remove promptly at the end of the cycle. Do not leave laundry baskets, clothes, detergents, or any personal property in the bath house. HWY 163 RV & Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen articles of clothing or any other personal items left in the bath house. Washing pets or dishes in the bath house is strictly prohibited. Please leave restrooms as you would like to find them. If they are in need of attention, please notify management. KEEP DOOR CLOSED AND LOCKED TO THE BATH HOUSE AT ALL TIMES. Children under the age of 15 are prohibited in the bath house without an adult. Do not give the combination to the bath house door to anyone. Only HWY 163 RV & Camp customers are allowed to use the facilities. If anyone besides the person or persons that originally checked into the park stay in the RV more than one night, then management must be notified and an additional charge of $5 per night will be applied.

Bag and tie all trash and place in the dumpster provided. Do not leave trash or rubbish outside overnight.

Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly. We are striving to keep this park clean and litter free. Please help us keep it that way.

Non-working vehicles will not be allowed. No washing campers or vehicles in the park. No heavy equipment allowed in the park.

No trimming or wood gathering from the trees around the park. Do not allow children to climb trees. Do not wander in the forest or wooded area around the RV park. This is private property and trespassing is prohibited.

Rent is to be paid in advance. A $5 per day late fee will be charged after rent is 3 days late. IF rent is 2 weeks past due, you will be asked to leave the premises without your camper. You may return to get your camper when rent is paid in full. If a RV/camper is left unattended for 3 weeks and rent has not been paid on it, then it becomes property of HWY 163 RV & Camp. We cannot allow RV/campers to take up lot space without payment. Check-out time is 2:00 P.M.

PLEASE RESPECT PRIVACY OF FELLOW GUESTS. Noise from your vehicle, radio, stereo, pets, party, spirited discussions or from your guests must not impose on other resident’s privacy at any times. Excessive use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Drunk and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated and will result in the contacting of local authorities and expulsion from the park. No loud motorcycles. If you are having a problem with another tenant or you notice rules are being broken, then notify management and do not confront the situation yourself. Treat your neighbors with respect. Children are to be supervised at all times and parents/guardians must assume responsibility for all actions of their children and their guests’ children.

HWY 163 RV & Camp facilities are furnished solely for the convenience of registered guests only. The management will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by fire, theft, wind, or acts of God. HWY 163 RV & Camp is not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause. Members will use facilities at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss of person, pets or property.

HWY 163 RV & Camp management reserves the right to refuse service or to request the departure of anyone that will not comply with the “Rules and Regulations” as stated. Noncompliance of the above rules will be sufficient reason for terminating the RV’ers stay without refund. Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has displayed a disregard for the rules, without a refund. Guests and their visitors agree to use the park at their own risk. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations, and fees that we deem necessary. If so, residents will be notified.

Keep a check on your hook-ups and make sure there are no water leaks. Remember to wrap your pipes so they won’t freeze in freezing temperatures.
